'The Bishop' Shiraz 1998 Barossa Valley
Dark and spicy, a bit more subtle than most Barossa reds, showing pretty black cherry and wild berry flavours on a supple frame. Has nice touch of gaminess on the round finish.
Drink now through 2008.
