Bishop 07: Jeremy Oliver

An unctuous shorter term wine of charm, complexity and regionality. While its deep, generous expression of dark berry/plum fruit does reveal slightly cooked pruney and currant-like nuances and some meaty, greenish aspects, it's luscious, deep and smooth, with a pleasingly long palate of charming fruit, roasted chocolate/mocha/coconut oak, finishing with length and balance.
