07 Wallace: Tanzer's International Wine Cellar

Inky ruby color. Pungent aromas of black raspberry, cherry-cola and dried violet. Tangy and sharply focused, offering bright red and dark berry flavors, a silky texture and gentle tannins. Quite rich but there's an elegant seamless quality to this wine that reminds me of a new world pinot noir. Finishes with good nervy lift and spicy cut.
