Anaperenna has star quality...

Sophie Otton, Gourmet Traveller Wine
 Sep 2008

The Anaperenna 2006 (Barossa Valley) is a blend of 85-year-old shiraz and 60-year old cabernet sauvignon from the Ebenezer subregion. Nick Bullied described this as 'a very rich, concentrated wine with dense, ripe, dark berry and plum'. Despite some strong oak, the wine had lovely cabernet flavours with clear form and definition; a young thoroughbred that is in need of time.
