There's opulent blackberry fruit with spice, coffee and licorice on the nose and palate of this classy complex Barossa red which finishes with velvety tannins and fine oak treatment. You could try it now with roast beef or a good steak but it has the fruit and tannin structure to cellar for five years or longer.
