2005 Godolphin

Another of Ben Glaetzer's creations, this time his signature Barossa shiraz cabernet sauvignon blend that shows deep, dark fruit, ginger spice and a note of perfumed rose coming together with sweet mulberries and plums. Excellent texture and length. Plush.

2005 Bishop Shiraz

Bright and youthful wafts of anise and ripe red fruit start this great Barossan into action, with a savoury layer in there, too, the flavours integrated seamlessly inside a grippy tannin structure. Vibrant and worth throwing into the cellar for eight to ten years.
